Best Village OF Himachal Pradesh

Dear Friends,

My name is  Sanju and my village name is Lot, Post-office  Uttrala  and my Teh. Name is Baijnath Distt Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. It is  beautiful village in Hp. It is very high in the hill.

My village Lot is located at 32.05°N 76.65°E. It has an average elevation of 1,320 meters (4,320 feet). It is a big village with one hundred fifty families. Its population is about four hundred only. It is 12 kilometers away from Baijnath .It looks green as there are many-many green trees in your village. Our village are two big temple .First Jai Mata Bolawali Mata and Second temple is …………… First temple is the village up and Second near road. Our village are peepal , Chil , Kail,Ban,Oie etc.

The smell of flowers and mango buds combined with how attractive colour arrests everybody's attention. Our village has a fair weather connection with the main road. The village is located on the left bank of the river Binwa. And his near a Power House of 6 Magabyte Electricty ready.and here snow fall in the hill.
There is a school with teaching facility up to the High stage. For the purpose of medicine the villagers depend upon the neighboring village where there is a dispensary, a post office Uttrala , and a small market.

The main occupation of our villagers is cultivation. Our village has a good name for vegetable production. And all the village’s are very-very hard work  of all any work . All kinds of seasonal vegetables are available in good quality and cheap price. For this reason, many vegetable merchants come to our village for collecting fresh vegetables in large quantity. However, our villagers are united and therefore they are seldom influenced by the foreign merchants.

It is often said that India lives in the villages. Sixty-five percent of the Indian population lives in villages. Since independence, the villages in India are developing. Life in a village is peaceful, calm and quiet. The natural beauty and greenery is a feast for the eyes. Life is slow in village compared to a city. Most villages have primary schools. Higher educational facilities are hardly available in the remote villages. Most villages lack medical facilities and other basic minimum necessities.

Almost all villagers depend on agriculture. Villages have narrow, cobbled roads. Mobile markets are held once a week in the Indian villages. Villages are free from pollution. Neighbors in a village live like a family. They are simple, sincere, honest and hardworking. Effective steps need to be taken for the development of the villages in all spheres.
